About us
We seek to connect the territory and the Atacama culture through a different and authentic gastronomic proposal.
In our cuisine, the small producers in the area (farmers, ranchers, fishermen and gatherers) take vital importance, with whom we have formed a close relationship, in order to show the best of them in our dishes.

We work a la carte and tasting menu experiences, which constantly vary according to the seasonality of the different ingredients.
Wines
We have a limited but select wine list, coming from low-production vineyards.
