About us

We seek to connect the territory and the Atacama culture through a different and authentic gastronomic proposal. 
In our cuisine, the small producers in the area (farmers, ranchers, fishermen and gatherers) take vital importance, with whom we have formed a close relationship, in order to show the best of them in our dishes.
